Request account deletion
You can request deletion of your ChowTracker account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
Email jamie.botham@outlook.com from the address linked to your ChowTracker account, with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Please include:
- The email address on your ChowTracker account
- Confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we remove account profile data and associated tracking history we hold for that account, subject to any legal retention requirements (for example billing records).
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests promptly. You will receive a confirmation once the request has been completed.
